The GroundBreakers are an adult Hip Hop performance crew from Purefunk Dance Studios in Adelaide. Their biggest achievement has been twice finishing 9th in Australia at World Supremacy Battlegrounds, and winning Adelaide Battlegrounds in 2013 and 2014.

 

This year the GroundBreakers are taking a break from competing, but will still be training and performing around the state, whilst continuing to work to expand the limits of their creativity and skill.

Known for their creativity and original choreography, each member brings a unique skill and perspective to form the original style that makes the GroundBreakers so distinct.

They have performed for the Port Power at Adelaide oval, The Fringe Club, Mannatech Convention Flash Mob at the Entertainment Centre and at the Royal Adelaide Show (Peoples Choice Award)

 

They have created choreography for and performed in flash mobs at weddings, wedding proposals, anniversaries and more.

The crew all have excellent teaching skills to run dance workshops in all levels and all styles.
