Kate began her dance journey in 2012 by joining Hip Hop classes at Pure Funk where her love for dance quickly developed.

 

She has since joined freestyle crew DMNDZ, participated in many freestyle battles both local and interstate and has helped to build the Adelaide University dance community with the Uni Hip Hop Club ( AUHHC ).

 

Having a special love for waacking, Kate has been travelling since May 2016 to learn from some of the best in the world to further her own skills and to help build up the Adelaide waacking scene.

 

Achievements include recently making the top 8 at Nice Fest 2018 in the waacking category, top 8 and semi-finalist in the solo and duo categories of the 2017 AUHHC battle and 1st place in freestyle event King of the Hill in 2017.
